We care for rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, all types of birds and reptiles. 

We require two weeks notice, this is when the full payment is due. Cancellations after this, will be used as credit for future bookings. 

You sure will. We send daily updates with photos of your pet.

Your pet’s safety is our top priority. In the unlikely event of an emergency, we will immediately contact your veterinarian listed/emergency contact or, if necessary, the nearest emergency vet clinic. We’ll also notify you right away so you’re fully informed and involved in any decisions. 

That is no problem at all. As vet nurses who have years experience with exotic pets, we are trained in administering medications. 

We provide everything your pet will need during their stay. However, you are more than welcome to bring anything you believe will benefit your pet and make them feel more at home. 

You sure can! If your pet has a favourite toy or blanket etc, you are more than welcome to bring it with them. This can help them feel more comfortable while they are staying with us. 

We can usually provide boarding the next day, however this is depending on the time of year. School holidays and the Christmas holidays are very busy.

Absolutely! If your pet is comfortable/familiar with human handling, they will come out of their enclosure daily for quality time with us, excericse and of course to explore.
