Daily Enrichment
As reptiles don't generally enjoy human handling, we ensure that their enclosure is fully furnished with items that encourage them to explore and provides them with the most enrichment possible.
If your reptile does enjoy human interaction we will also spend one on one time with them outside of their enclosure.
The menu for their stay
Our reptile guests are provided with the appropriate diet depending on their species. This includes live food such as mealworms, crickets, woodies and frozen foods such as pinkies, rats and quails.
We also provide supplements, such as calcium, throughout their entire stay with us.
Their Holiday House
Our enclosures come fully furnished with
soft bedding, toys, hidey huts, hay feeders and, food and water bowls. We encourage you to provide any of your pets creature comforts, such as a favourite toy or blanket, to ensure their home away from home is as comfortable as possible, as well as them recognising some of the items.
All enclosures are cleaned daily and our guests are provided with fresh food and water twice daily.

Intensive Care Services
We are trained and more than happy to cater to your pets special dietary and medical requirements. Intensive care services include assisted feeding, oral medications, injectable medications, as well as daily weight charts and monitoring.
Please note, we will only board your pet if it has been discharged from a veterinary clinic. We will only administer medications that has been prescribed by a veterinarian.
